Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the WellPrepped platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including students and mentors.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WellPrepped is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information to the platform or to mentors
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or intimidate any other user
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without written permission

Mentor sessions are facilitated by WellPrepped but the relationship is between you and the individual mentor. Mentors are independent contractors, not employees of WellPrepped. WellPrepped does not guarantee admission outcomes, and no mentor or WellPrepped staff member may make such guarantees. Sessions are for informational and advisory purposes only.

Session fees are charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If a mentor cancels, you will receive a full refund. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Your roadmap and opportunity matches are generated by AI systems. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional academic or legal advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

All content, trademarks, and code comprising the Service are owned by WellPrepped Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., profile information), but grant WellPrepped a limited license to use it to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WellPrepped does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellPrepped shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or admission outcomes.

WellPrepped may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
