Privacy Policy

WellPrepped Labs (“WellPrepped,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at wellprepped.app (the “Service”).

Information you provide directly: Name, email address, grade level, intended major, target universities, and any other profile information you enter during onboarding or while using the Service.

Information collected automatically: Usage data (pages visited, features used), device information, and session identifiers. We use this solely to improve the Service.

Information from third parties: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google as permitted by Google’s OAuth flow. We do not receive your Google password.

We use your information to: provide and personalize the Service (including generating your AI roadmap and matching opportunities); communicate with you about your account or sessions; improve and develop new features; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your profile data to train AI models owned by other companies.

When you book a session with a mentor, your name and the session subject are shared with that mentor. Session notes (if any) are visible only to you and your mentor.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe’s privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing admin@wellprepped.org. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying signed in.

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, hashed credentials, access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users between 13–18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the Service.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
